Grade II Listed Farmhouse - internal alterations
This early 18th century farmhouse is built with coursed rubble stone, with a stone slate roof and rendered chimney stacks. In the 1990s, an extension was added at the back with small windows and a side door. This was to be altered for a new garden room, with large patio doors and one of the side doors changed to a glazed light. The garden room was expanded by turning the existing utlitity room / bathroom in the extension into a smaller cloakroom.
